Radiesse is an FDA approved injectable made of calcium hydroxylapatite. Radiesse is used for the non-surgical Brazilian Butt Lift or BBL Effect to round, shape, volumize, and lift the buttocks.

What is hyperdiluted Radiesse?
Hyperdiluted Radiesse is an injectable solution that is specially prepared by the injector before treatment. It consists of Radiesse filler, saline, and lidocaine. This blend, in the right ratios, has been proven to have biostimulating effects. This means that injections of Hyperdiluted Radiesse work to stimulate collagen production in your body, even after the treamtent is performed.

Radiesse filler is made up of calcium hydroxyapatite microspheres suspended in a gel carrier. When injected into the skin, the microspheres act as a scaffold to support new collagen growth, while the gel provides immediate volume. Over time, the microspheres are gradually absorbed by the body, leaving behind the natural collagen that has been stimulated by the injection.
The process for a Radiesse BBL?
First, you will come in for a consultation with our certified expert. Led by Dr. Yasmine Perdue, DNP, FNP, to discuss the details of the treatment.
During the treatment, the area is numbed with a local anesthetic, and the filler is strategically injected using a cannula, which is a dull needle that allows for comfortable placement of filler within the proper plane of the skin. The procedure typically takes around an hour, depending on your unique anatomy and the amount of filler needed.
After the injections, the area will be massaged as needed to ensure even distribution of filler. You can typically go back to your regular activities right away, although you may experience some swelling or bruising for a few days.
Typically, the treatment will be repeated about 8 weeks later for best results. The amount of product and number of treatments will vary based on your individual case and goals. Some results can be seen immediately, but the full results will continue to develop over the course of several weeks after treatment.
